Bottle bought at Landbierparadies Nuremberg. Looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts malty, modest dry, a bit metallically. Hoppy notes a bit boring. Finish still mild. Okay.

Bottled, from Landbierparadies, Nuremberg (as Meisterpils) Clear deep golden, smallish head. Bready nose with plenty of spicy, grassy hops. Mid sweet eith medium body and soft mouthfeel. Plenty of bteady malt, loys of spicy grassy hops. Long bitter finish. Like a Czech pilsener with German hops. Relaxed, malty and hoppy.

Day Two of the Great Chris Meyer/Aaron Nielsen Franconian Beer Tasting in Schlitz. Prost! Fairly clear golden appearance with a white head. Rich grainy pils, thick cracker malty, thick straw aroma. Really delicious, thick pils malty, somewhat spicy, cracker flavor. Tons of flavor. Nice one!

Bottled (from bierzwerg.de). Amber colour, small white head. Aroma is mint, some grassy and herbal notes along with mild bready notes. Flavour is sweet malts, some mint, mild herbal notes as well as some slight grassy and salty notes. Actually rather pleasant as it gets closer to room temperature than fridgecold. Fridgecold I just hated it.

Bottle. Sweet berry malt and light grass hops aroma. Golden yellow color with small head. Sweet barley malt and light green grass hops flavor. Okay - tastes more like a dortmunder though.
