Cloudy yellow colour. The flavour has a lot of clove and a little citrus. Some bitterness.

Hefig-herber Antrunk mit kurzfristiger Säuerlichkeit. Die Hefigkeit wird geringer und ist im Mittelteil nur noch wenig vorhanden. Herb, wässrig, erfrischend aber laff. Auf Dauer monoton. 11/10/8/7/12/8

Bottled (BB 03/2010)
Hazy orange color, medium-sized white head. Very strong and sweet banana-caramelly, clove aroma. Medium-bodied. Banana, yeast, lactose, clove, glue. Very typical German hefeweizen, just a bit too candy-sweetie for my liking.

Cloudy, light tan. Aroma is a little gluey-plasticy with some light banana. Very sweet palate with light banana. The finish is really sticky. Not much balance.

Bottled. A hazy light golden beer with a huge white head. The aroma is sweet malty combined with notes of wheat and a light touch of soap. The flavor is sweet malty and wheaty, leading to a dry bitter finish.

(bottle) Cloudy, light-orange colour with a huge and persistent blonde foamy head. Slightly dusty, sweet banana-fruity and wheaty nose with a moderate citric acidity and restrained phenolic spicy notes. Slightly sweet and sourish flavour, quite slim bodied with a crispy mouthfeel. Good wheat-character with light banana notes and a citrus fruitiness; rather dry, moderately sweet and citrus fruity finish. Slim brew, but still quite tasty and extremely easy going (22.03.08).
