Das erste Exportbier Süddeutschlands schaut auf eine lange Tradition zurück: 1886 vom innovativen Braumeister Josef Munz erstmalig bei Fürstenberg gebraut, fand die vollmundige und malzige Bierspezialität weltweit ihre Liebhaber und wurde von Reichskanzler Bismarck zum „Haustrunk“ auserkoren.
Bis heute brauen wir unser Original Export mit viel Hingabe in Anlehnung an die Originalrezeptur von einst. Spezielle Hefen aus eigener Reinzucht, erlesenes Malz und die richtige Lagerzeit bis zur perfekten Reife – das ist unser Erfolgsgeheimnis für ein goldgelbes, vollmundig malzaromatisches Exportbier.

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a blond medium-sized foamy head. Moderately sweet and slightly biscuity malty aroma with notes of draff and herbal hops. Sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Malt-accented taste with notes of biscuits and shy herbal spice; sweet and slightly bitter, slightly perfumed malty and faint hoppy finish. Middle of the road Export. 27.XII.09

Pours bright gold with a small, fading head.Grainy malt and cardboard are prominent on the nose with some spicy hops hiding in the background.Flavours are pretty bad, with Ajax, cardboard, loads of grainyness and cleaning chemicals.Very watery, high carbonation.

Bottle 50cl. @ home.Clear light to medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, grain, hay, dusty malt. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily - creamy - smooth, carbonation is soft. [20091005]

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a fully gone head. Dry and grassy aroma. Dry hoppy and grassy flavoured with a light bitterness hsowinjg through. Bitter and grassy finish.

(Bottle 33 cl) Courtesy of yespr. Clear golden with a white head. Somewhat unclean malt aroma. Medium body with notes of malt and cardboard and a dry finish. Not overly pleasant. 050608

(Bottle 50 cl) Pilsener golden in the pale end of the scale with a decent head. Soft and smooth with a marked malty sweetness pretty much without any bitterness. Makes it at little bland and mainstreamish, but not a bad brew as such. 250502

Bottle. Like GMan71 I am not sure this is the right beer. It was called Premium Lager and I am assuming that is the Export. Poured a pale amber yellow with a reasonable white head. Sweet, faintly floral aroma. Medium body with quite fizzy but fine carbonation. Initially sweetish malt with floral hints. Pleasant hoppy bitterness develops. Some grassy, vegetable notes. Pleasant drink.
