Clear golden color, good white head. Grassy-hayish, light aroma boring aroma with tiny notes of lemon. Light bodied. Malty, a bit harsh grainy flavor. Finish has some hayish hoppyness, but this is closer to pale lager than pils. Maybe alias to Flensburger Gold?

Flaske 0,33l fra Getränke-Quelle i Göttingen. Fortært på rom 304 i Hotel Intercity, Göttingen 11 Mar 12. Åpner med et lite smell. Lys gulaktig gylden med litt skum som fester seg til glasset. Underlig aroma. Blanding av malt & krydder med innslag av parfyme. Smaken ditto. Tung syrlig ettersmak. Ikke god.

bottle, pours light gold, nice medium white head. I know it’s German so it doesn’t, but the aroma is mildly adjunct, some corn and rice, little bit of skunk. Carapils malt and a moderate bitter hop finish that is balanced fairly well. Ends very dry with a nice bite.

Bottle 33cl. w. swing top @ home.Clear light to medium yellow orange color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, cabbage water, light vegetable nad cardboard. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light metalic. A borring and meaningless beer. [20081223]

33 cL bottle. Pours clear yellow with a huge off-white head, slowly collapsing. Aroma is mild breadish/malty. Flavour is mild spiced and breadish. Quite dry and slight spiced. Light metallic too. Ends bitter and mild spiced.
