[ As Poch's Saüc ].Light unclear medium yellow colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, straw, earthy, flowers, herbal - floral, cucumber, light elderflowers. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, earthy, sweet malt, sweet fruit, straw, floral, herbal, light elderflower. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Sampled from tap at Borefts 2018, 2018 version. Slightly hazy, golden yellow with a white head. Sweetish, herbal-spicy, slightly grassy and minimally fruity aroma of dill, hay and a touch of ginger. Slightly sweet, moderately bitter, fairly herbal-spicy, gently grassy and a little fruity taste of lemon peel, hay, dill, thyme and some lemongrass, followed by a short, moderately bitter, a little tart, fairly herbal-spicy and gently grassy finish. Almost medium-bodied, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Okay!
