Raisin, charred oak, vanilla nose. Black, medium tan head. Raisin, vanilla, charred oak, hint of plum. Medium body, easy carbonation. It has a mild toasted macaroon thing going on but not overtly like cookies. All in all, it's a really nice stout.

Black pour. Thin creamy foam. Sweet flavor of lactose and sugar. End is cookie, a sweet bread with cream. No carbonation
