Bottle 750ml.Light unclear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, light to moderate hoppy, grass, citrus, vegetable. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is light medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20100605]

75 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange to yellow with a small white head. Aroma is mild yeasty and slight fruity. Yeasty, phenolic and mild spiced flavoured. Bitter and dry hoppy into a mild phenolic finish.

3rd June 2010 - Brasserie 4:20. Bottle - thank you Alex!!!! Slightly hazy pale gold beer, little white head. Very kight semi dry palate. Light creamy malt with a caraway tone. Offset by some pleasant but mild tart fruit. Finishes dry, light and a little yeasty

Bottle @ 4:20 Tasting. Thanks Alex. Pours unclear yellow with a small creamy white head. Nose is yeast, dough and some fruit. Vaguely oxidized. Dry and very fruity flavor.

Bottled. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is earthy, malty and hoppy. Flavour is earth, malts and hops. Refreshing. Good quality pilsener.

LCRBM2. Sickly malt lager aroma. Really not good. Obviously I was missing something that other people at the meeting got on this beer. Maybe it had got a bit warm.

Fully hazy yellowish-cheesy colour with a small white head. Vegetable aroma, very much like artichoke, and grain. More vegetable in the taste, a tad like Basmati rice, grass and less artichoke. Medium bodied, quite slick. Outspoken bottom-fermenting character, but in the best way. Very good Italian Pilsener.
