22oz bottle - Pours copper with a good sized head that leaves nice lacing. The aroma is of malts and mild fruit accents. The flavor is moderately sweet with pretty good hops balance and mild fruit notes. The pomegranate is very light in this medium bodied brew. There’s also some alcohol presence noticeable, especially in the finish, which includes some more hops bitterness. It’s good, though falls short of being a great beer.

Bottled. Rubyish amber colour, small head. Aroma is grapes, very wineous notes, grassy and alcoholic. Flavour is alcohol, malts, grapes (which make it very wineous). Slow to get down, but very pleasant sessionbeer.

22oz bomber. Copper color, with a good white head. Nice hop aroma, with a good chocolate and hop flavor. Bitter, and the alcohol is pretty well masked.

22oz bomber poured a nice clear copper color with a thin ring of off white foam. It has a malty, fruity and sweet aroma that is really a bit too light. Full flavor brew though with an up front sweet dark fruitiness and sweet malts. About midway hop bitterness takes hold of the flavor with pine and floral notes. Just beyond midway the pomegranate juiciness builds and just manages to outshine the hops and the malts at just the right intensity. At the finish each flavor note seems to be present in equal amounts making for a pleasing sensation. Very nice tasting brew.

Bottled at Oliver Twist, Stockholm. Clear reddish brown, very brief head. Strong soapy perfumy hop aroma. fairly swee up front, boldly malty and full bodied. Salty with dense cookie malt character and a wealth of fruit and alcohol. Lingering salty bitterness. Potent and flavourful. Rather tasty, but perhaps not very refined.

Pour is a cloudy red with a huge foamy head. Aroma is nice with some sweet malts and a nice dose of hops. Nothing really fruity. Flavor is again malty but tart with hops making a presence. I really don’t know what pomegranate taste like but im not tasting anyhting out or the ordinary. I would not know this is a fruit beer, more of a decent APA.

Bottle. Amber pour. Normal tan head. Aroma is malty / grainy. The flavor was not nearly as complex as I was expecting considering how much was jammed into this one. I didn’t pick up on the pomegranate at all, just a faint sweetness, and was surprised to see this listed as a fruit beer.

Standard amber colour. Fairly malty, alcoholic aroma. Fairly strong malty taste, with light caramel and a hint of alcohol. Didn’t get any pomegranate. Nor anything else distinguishing...really dull for a big-ass beer.

Bottle pours a clear tawny amber with a small white ring of a head with only slight traces of lacing. Slightly fruity sweet malt aroma. Flavor is malty and carmely. Plenty of alcohol fumes and just the right amount of pomegranate in the mix. Interesting combination, I probably would have liked it better at 6-7%.
