Ins Glas ergießt sich ein trübes orange-goldenes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch hefig, fruchtig, würzig. Geschmack hefig fruchtig, reife Bananen, leicht würzig.

Bottle, 5.5%. Citric aroma. Cloudy golden colour. OK stable white head. The flavour starts off OK bready, but turns more standard Hefeweizen with lemony citrus.

Bottle @ Zentraleuropäischer Wahnsinn 2. Pours hazy yellow with stable white head. Clear aroma of malt, banana, hops and yeast. Sweetish flavour of banana and yeast, with regular hoppy and citric notes. Mildly sour aftertaste. OK, just a regular GH.

33 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is estery, fruity, light banana. Sweet, estery and fruity. Light bitter note. Medium dry and bitter finish.

50 cl bottle @ Frankfurt-Hahn airport. Rated on 29.12.2009.
Rather thin aroma has banana, wheat and hints of citrus. Flavour is a bit thin too with some banana. Watery palate. Too thin and flat!

Bottle 500ml. @ home.Hazy - murky medium orange color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, moderate yeasty, fruity, banana, tart yeast. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet with a average to long duration, fruit tart, fresh. Body is medium, texture is watery - creamy, carbonation is soft to flat. [20101104]

500 ml bottle. Hazy orange body with a dense white head. Aroma is fruity with yeast and banana. Flavor is sweet, refreshing fruity banana with yeast and some acidity. Quite straightforward pretty nice weissbier.

The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass also. Quite zippy, nice head. Starts strong, modest yeasty, fruity with notes of apple and peach, cinnamon in the background. Intense but well balanced finish. Very drinkable. Good hefeweizen!

bottle, pours hazy orange, tall frothy white head. Soft bannana and bubblegum aroma. Light grain, gentle spice of corriander, and a creamy mouthfeel. Moderate carbonation, a boring hefe.
