Optisch trübes, leicht abgedunkeltes Gelb im Glas. Feiner Schaum. In der Nase fruchtig, Banane. Im Trunk dann auch Nelke, erst süß dann bitter, es schwingt aber auch etwas Säure mit. Okay.

Clear blond yellow beer, big creamy off-white head, a little stable, a bit adhesive. Aroma: lots and lots of banana, yeast, a bit of a metallic impression, herbal touch. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: a bit sweet, gentle bitterness, very spicy, herbal, coriander, yeasty, banana. Aftertaste: a bit sweet, lots of banana, bubble gum, gentle bitterness, some banana peel.

Bottled. Hazy yellowish goldencolour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is wheat, zest, some spices, yeast and mild toffeeish notes. Flavour is toffee,some grains,mild banana, some tart wooden notes as well assome yeasty tones. Fresh, but quite standard Weissbier.

Hazy amber. Aroma is yeasty spices caramel light honey. Taste is yeasty freshness, sweet caramel malt juice. Something scratchy chalky on the tongue which is kind of unpleasant. Ok.

Flaska från Hier-gibts-bier.de. Disig gyllenfärgad vätska med högt krämigt skum. Doft av jäst, vete, banan och nejlika. Lite udda smak, nästan som jäst frukt och väldigt jästig. Vet inte om den är i dåligt skick. Annars finns hefesmakerna där men den är lite degig och avslagen. Njae.

Bottle, bought at the brewery. Orange and banana aroma and flavor. Sweetish and a bit flowery. Just a bit milky. Well balanced weizen, not abundant with flavors, but nice and easy drinkable.

Draught @Brauerei Hummel, Merkendorf. Cloudy yellow golden colour, good frothy white head, half-way lasting, heavy lacing. Aroma wheat, yeast, lemon, cloves. Taste medium sweet and sour, grainy, lemony, light banana, yeast. Sweet and sour aftertaste, yeasty and light peppery. Light to medium body, watery texture, average carbonation. Fresh and pleasant, standard quality.

Many thanks for this beer to Beerhunter111. Paours hazy yellow color with a long-lasting, creamy head. Aroma is full of banana and exotic flavors.

0,5 l bottle bought at Bierzwerg bottle shop, Greven. Murky yellow in the glass, relative small white head. As expected yeast, wheat and banana on the nose. Taste starts more dry, citrus fruity, yeast and wheat in the second row, little bit sourness. Typical standard bavarian Weißbier. Nothing more or less.
