On tap at Mikkeller, Århus. It's a clear, slightly pale golden colored beer with a creamy finger thick white head leaving cute lacing. The aroma has a delicate blend of grass, hay, bread and pine cones. Some vague hints of wort, pushing towards diacetyl, and a peppery touch. It's quite dry on the palate, nicely carbonated and medium to full bodied. Good bitterness too. Grass, bread, pine cones, hay and some resin in the flavor. Pepper, honey and flowers in the far back. Lasting finish. Sure a fantastic pilsner. 231109

Van het vat bij Wagner. Goudgele kleur, witte kraag. Grassig, licht zwavelig, licht moutig, witbrood, licht granig, degelijk bitter, licht fruitig. Lichte body. Prima.

Tap at HopDog's 3rd anniversary party! Pale golden body pierced by lazy carbonation. White head, of course. Soft aroma, grainy, lightly flowery-hoppy. Oookay. Slightly drier taste, though not entirely pilsner-dry, fair flowery hoppy presence, but very low bitterness as well. Struck more helles vibes than pils vibes for me, but I could appreciate and enjoy it quite a bit!

On tap at HopDog during the first Thunderstorm of 2023, accompanying a custom Dog. Clear light gold, clean spicy nose, nice slender but tasty body with a great smooth herbal/earthy bitterness. Excellent pils!

Tap. Clear golden color with white head. Aroma is fruity, Haribo, pleasant, quite delicate though. Taste is grassy, again some Haribo, light-bodied, soft carbonation, almost chewy. Tasty!

On tap at Hopdog München, Saturday 25th March 2023 in the company of Bob and Clare. Pours clear gold with a large frothy white head, crisp, fruity with a light steady bitterness throughout, very good.

500 ml tap. Clear light golden with a fluffy head. Fermented hay, freshly mowed grass, herbs, again grass, resinous hops, zesty bitter hops. Hoppy bitterness. Medium bodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, hoppy bitter grassy resinous finish. Super great Pils!

Tap at HopDog. Clear golden. Grassy and crisp, fresh, apple mold. Crisp, soft, bitter, but also very chewy. A hint of soft cold butter in the aftertaste.
