Bottled. Slightly hazy golden colour, small white head. Aroma is wheat, fruits and some caramel as well. Flavour is quite much the same. A very pleasant and wellbalanced Hefeweizen.

@ Sandkerwa. Hazy dirty blonde with a fluffy ice cream head. Yeasty, malty nose with light banana. The flavour is tart with light banana and yeast, all in good balance.

From tap. Pours hazy yellow with a lacing white head. Aroma is dry esters and banana fruity. Flavour is medium dry estery and wheaty. Mild bubblegum note. Goes quite dry towards the fnih yet with a persisting estery bubblegum note.

Bottle: golden coloured, rather quickly diminishing off-white head; cloves and citrus-fruit in the mild aroma with a faint touch of cinnamon; mild sweetish-sourish flavour, light bodied; watery, fruity-sweetish finish with the faintset tinge of a grapefruity tartness. Clean and boring................

(bottle) Slightly hazy orange colour with a mid-sized foamy white head. Ashy and slightly sweet citrus and banana aroma with dense clove phenols. Moderately sweet yeasty and wheat-malty taste with light citrus notes, light to medium body, well-carbonated mouthfeel; minimal acidic and slightly bitter, clovy finish. Okay, but not an outstanding Weizen.

Test vom 17.4.2006, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 8,9,9,8,11,9 - 8,85

Very carbonated hazy golden beer, with both orange and greenish highlights; good dense & creamy off-white head. Cloves, some banana & citrus. Coriander-y without it being it really. Fruit (banana/citrus) aromas get more intense warming up, getting more and more fusels-filled. Dry-bitterish taste, quite some fusels. Less fruity than the nose suggests. Spices, cloves but also root-spices. Fusels and esters (not very fruity ones) again, even something fishy. Carbonation makes it nearly Champenoise , but it is quite dry at the same time. Wheat slickness. A bit better than average Weisse. Not overly ideomatic.

Bottle Cloves dominate aroma. Murky yellow, lowish creamy head. Peppery clove and hayish flavors - not too exiting. Medium to light body. Average Weizen.
