Mind Circus IPA has a mild bitterness and a thick, luscious mouthfeel. This style of IPA is what is being called in the beer world a “Hazy IPA” Dominantly herbaceous and grassy, with moderate tropical notes as well as some bright citrus. This unique hazy IPA gains its flavor of grapes and grass from the Nelson hops, and its tropical notes of pineapple and mango from the Strata hops. It is unfiltered leaving a “haze” and some yeast for more texture. Oats were also used to add to the softer mouthfeel and hazy appearance.

50cl bottle pours a hazy yellow with some fluffy white head.  Nose has mango, melon, there's a distinct grainy note, almost like Maris Otter.  Flavor is sweet, some butterscotch, then the fruit, melon and peach mostly.  Finishes starchy.  8 4 7 4 14

Bottle to pint glass. Dated May 20. Muted aroma and flavor - perhaps this was too old after a month and a half. Intermittent hazy yellow with small white head.

Citrus and some grapefruit, peel. Pours golden with good head and lacing. Good IPA, seems kind of west coast NE hybrid. Bitter end. Good balance. Bottle at the beach in SF.

Poured from a 500 ml bottle dated August 27, 2019. Aroma is hop forward with bright fruity notes of stone fruit, mango, and citrus. Light resin notes and light cracker malt background. Pours a slightly hazy, yellow gold with a large, thick, fluffy, white head that recedes slowly but steadily to a small film that lingers. Fairly high lacing and faint legs. Flavor is slightly sweet with light cracker malt notes. Medium bitterness with moderately strong hop notes. Light fruity esters. Bright citrus, stone fruit, pear and tropical fruit. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a nice beer. It's not super hazy and still retains some of its RR character. It's like a blind pig crossed with a NEIPA. A bit of the best of both worlds.

On tap at the brewery pours out a hazy straw color topped with a white head. Nose is nice tropical fruit hops and some sweetness. Taste is more of the nice sweet tropical fruit notes and a nice big dank hops kick.
