Nach Beendigung des Brauprozesses wird unserem Flensburger Pilsener der Alkohol, bis auf einen physiologisch unwirksamen Rest, ganz besonders schonend entzogen. Dies geschieht in einem speziellen Verfahren, der sogenannten Fallstromvakuum-Verdampfung, mittels erhöhter Temperatur und vermindertem Druck. Die Methode ist so behutsam, dass der volle Geschmack und das ganze Aroma im Flensburger Frei erhalten bleiben.

17-10-20 // 330ml swingtop bottle. Good bitterness. But also a stronger typical alcoholfree note. Still solid.

Frothy head. Worty, slightly hoppy vegetable-like aroma. Hopbitter, fairly herbal, somewhat soapy flavor. Scratching the top of non-alcohol beers.

Bottle from Beerhunter111. Clear golden colour, Medium carboantion, malty, rather dry and bitter. Some chemical hoppy bitterness in the finish.

0.33 l bottle from ’EDEKA Preller’ (Breckerfeld), best before February 2018. Clear, golden yellow with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, white head. A bit sweetish, moderately grassy and minimally fruity aroma of fresh grass, grains and traces of citrus. Slightly bitter, moderately grassy, a bit fruity but also rather watery taste of grass, grains and hints of citrus, followed by a short, moderately bitter, rather dry and moderately grassy finish. Thin body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Not bad!

Goldgelbes Bier mit ordentlicher Schaumkrone. Geruch malzig süß, getreidig. Geschmack sehr getreidig, malzig süß, typisches Alkoholfreies.
