Bottle. Clear golden colour, no head. Wheat aroma, hint of banana. Citric banana flavour with a slightly unpleasant aftertaste.

Bottle: Deep golden, almost amber coloured, small fluffy head, lively carbonation; fruity ( mainly bananas) nose with a very faint grainy touch; moderatze sweetish flavour with a very light acidity, medium bodied; slightly sweetish, moderate fruity (lemons, bananas again) finish. A quite complex and tasty Kristallweizen......

(bottle) Clear, golden coloured effervescent hue with a fuffy but diminishing frothy white head. Sweet banana-fruity and wheaty aroma, also slightly clovy. Sweet flavour, light to medium body, lively carbonation. Sweet wheaty and fruity taste; medium dry, fruity and clovy finish. Really not bad for a Kristallweizen.

Ein recht fruchtiger Antrunk ist bei diesem Bier zu verzeichnen, im Mittelteil ist die herbe besonders zu schmecken. Das Bier wirkt dann allerdings etwas zu fruchtig, genauer gesagt zu sehr nach Banane. Der Nachgeschmack, wie gesagt etwas zu fruchtig, ist zudem recht wässrig und kann mit dem lasch herben Antrunk nicht mehr überzeugen. Durchwachsen, aber wieder keine schlechte Qualität des Bio-Biers. (Bottle 50 cl) Amber coloured (surprising for a Kristall) with a small head and a rather high carbonation. Very wheaty and fresh, soft without any real bitterness. Seems as if Lammsbräu cannot really make a bad beer. 170402

The aroma is sweet, yeasty, wheaty, banana, and malty. The color is slightly hazy orange and it has a fine dense white head. The flavor is sweet wheaty with notes of wheat. It ends on a OK dry bitterness. The body is somewhat thin - which draws down on the total experience.
