1/3 pint, gravicask, shared with Finn at GBBF Winter '23. Clear mahogany coloured body, dotted spots from a low, beige head. Promising caramel-fruity aromas. Fine balanced taste of bread, caramel, and a piney touch to a satisfying bitter sweet ending. Well crafted for the low abv. (Rating no. 23000). (Burton Upon Trent, 16.02.2023).

Gravity cask at the GBBF Winter 2023 Festival, day 2 at Burton On Trent Town Hall, 17/02/23. almost clear golden amber with a good sized off white head. Nose is caramel, straw, biscuit, nutty, dried fruit rinds. Taste comprises biscuit malt, toffee, grains, hedgerow, dried fruit esters. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close. Decent bitter.

Cask at the great British winter beer festival. A mostly clear toffee orange coloured pour with a halo of white head. Aroma is semi sweet, honey, light earthy, cereal. Flavour is composed of semi sweet grainy, honey malt, light toffee, grass. Palate is semi sweet, light grainy, moderate carbonation.

Cask @ Briarbank Brewing Company, Ipswich. Pours amber with an offwhite head. Aroma of malt, caramel, little butter, labre laver. Flavor is light sweet, malt, caramel, little wood, labre laver. Thin to medium body, soft carbonation, sweet finish. 150217
