Clear brown colour, large head. Malty nose. Light to medium-bodied, flavours of roasetd malts dominate. The flavours could be more intensive, but it still is a nice Dunkel. 10/2006

Test vom 9.9.2006, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 8,6,8,6,7,6 - 6,55

500 ml screwcap bottle, bought in Bier Spezi Hamburg. Typical dunkel reddish brown colour, decent pale greyish brown head. Pleasant malty sweet aroma with notes of caramel, toast and bakery. Mellow nutty flavour with notes of dark bread and caramel, tolerable hops for a dunkel (Hallertau, Spalt and Tettnang). Nice.

A red-brown beer with a huge light brown head. The aroma is sweet with light notes of caramel as well as roasted malt. The flavor is sweet with primary notes of caramel. All in all a very lightly drinkable beer.
