50 cl bottle @ Timo A. Rated on 16.11.2010
Very bright appearance with yellow colour. Aroma has butter, some grainy malt and hints of herbs. Flavour has butter, some malty notes, hints of grassy hops, herbs and honey. Your typical helles.

Citrusy aroma leads to a taste with a sharp flavor, hops adds almost a lemony character to this beer.Pours with nice light, airy head that stays with it, however taste is a little off for the style.

Bottle, from trade with Maria. It’s a clear, golden beer with a small, white head on top. The aroma is on the hoppy side with grass and pine cones, some pale malts chime in. Dry, medium body with nice carbonation. The maltyness is much more evident in the flavor, crackers and pale malts, with the hops lurking in the back, giving some bitterness. Crisp finish. A rather pleasant and easy drinkable beer, but there’s a touch of metal in the far end, that’s slightly annoying. 110708

Bottle: Pale golden to golden, medium-sized - slowly collapsing - white head; sweetish-grainy to pale-malty nose with a very faint illusion of hops, almost a bit bready; light to moderate sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium-bodied as well; still delicate, but increasing "Woody" hoppiness towards the moderate sweet-bitter finish. Good Helles.....
