Ich bin ein Weizenbier, das handwerklich gebraut wird. Die eigene Zwiefalter Kellerhefe wird vom Braumeister händisch in den Gärbottich gegeben. Nach ausgiebiger Lagerung wird auf jede Filtration verzichtet und ich werde naturtrüb abgefüllt.

Cloudy yellow orange with a fluffy white head. Lemon zest, lemon juice, sourdough, estery notes, banana, clove. Dry zesty bitterness and some sourness and some sweetness. Medium bodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, dry zesty bitter finish. Quite a crisp Weizen, very tasty!

Tap at Einhorn. Cloudy deep golden. Cloves, banana, yeast, grain. Front heavy, not too sweet, spices, some banana. Not bad.

# 3781; 8/2023. Malty, yeasty, orange, slightly zesty and spicy, unripe banana aroma. Hazy yellow-gold body; white head. Yeasty, crispy, citrus, banana, spicy. Very good hefeweizen. 0,5 l, bottle, supermarket, Tübingen (Swabia, Germany).

0,5 l bottle. Cloudy flat golden with a two finger steady white foamy head. A lot of yeast and wheat on the nose, less banana and orange. Taste is dry fruity at the start, followed by a more yeast and wheat section. Some bitterness in the second part. Below average carbonated. Okay.

Hazy golden. Aroma is alcoholic overripe banana with light jägermeister and yeast. Taste is cheap booze with yeast and light sourness. Medium drinkable. Too much cheap booze flavours in there. Im too old for that

Bottled (as Kloster Weizen Hefehell), from Biershop Baden-Württemberg. Cloudy straw colour, rich creamy head. Fruity nose with some mashed banana. Mid sweet with medium body and soft, somewhat oily mouthfeel and prickly carbonation. Dough, banana and custard. Very low bitterness. Solid hefeweizen.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein trübes goldenes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch hefig, fruchtig, leicht würzig. Geschmack sehr fruchtig, hefig, leicht würzig.
