Clear dark brown beer, no head. Aroma: very oxidized, soy sauce, maple syrup, toasted pecans, gentle roast, wood impression, vanilla, more oxidation, caramel, sweet impression. MF: ok carbon, full body. Taste: sugary start, lots and lots of alcohol, oxidized, vanilla notes, lots of caramel, some chocolate, maple syrup. Aftertaste: sugary, oxidized, alcohol, lots of alcohol, dried fruits, earthy touch, some tobacco, good stuff!

Drucken på Brewskival 2023. Löjligt stor kropp och en ovanligt lyckad fatlagring. Massor av torkad frukt, koncentrerade smaker, fikon, dadlar, praliner, fat, bourbon, lönnsirap, vanilj i lager på lager. Mycket gott

Fat på Brewskival 2023. Brunmurken med beige krona. Torkad frukt, fat, lönnsirap, fikon. Fantastiskt gott.

Brewskival 2023. Heavy, intense with maple syrup notes, some prunes, figs, vanilla, syrup, caramel and roastiness, hints of warming alcohol, bourbon and toffee.
