Léger pâle, col blanc.
Arôme sur un bouquet classique de lambics Cantillon - funk, vieux cellier, cave, cuire - bouquet orienté sur agrumes citriques, - argousier reste bien présent et délicat avec un rétro-nasal sur une pointe d'acidité maîtrisée fruitée.
Palais garde bien le caractère assez unique des baies d'argousier - et de fait une acidité bien marquée rappelant des agrumes - le tout se combine bien avec le côté plus funk des lambics
Hapu ja happeline, astelpaju, sõnnik. Vanem meeldis rohkem, see on natuke liialt agressiivne

0,75l bottle at the brewery. Vintage . yellow hazy color, small white head. smells funky, tannins, barnyard, earthy. Nice smell. Very funky. full body, soft carbonation. tastes funky, berry notes, barnyard, minerality, lightly lactic. finishes dry and medium sour with notes of berry notes, funk and minerality. Liked this a lot better then the last batch, more mellow, better complexity

Soft sea buckthorn notes with pretty funky and sour gueuze notes pushing through. Overall perhaps slightly less aggressive than previous vintages
