On tap. Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso l'orzo. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma è destinato a vita breve. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il liquido è di apparenza velata. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è non invasivo. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Il finale è dissetante. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Sulla lingua si attestano indizi di zuccherino, miele, frutta secca, erba, agrumi e mela.

Bottle from Speciaalbierpakket. Aroma is sweetish fruits, malt, banana bread, yeast, and some floral notes. Flavour is rather sugary sweet. Body is medium. Too sweet for my taste.

Bottle, 7.2%. Subtle spicy hop aroma with a hint of light caramel. Cloudy dark golden colour. Big stable creamy chalk white head. The flavour is nicely malty and papery with a mild spicy hop note. Malty finish, papery but otherwise clean and pleasant.

Clear golden with a white head. Malty aroma with some faint grassy hops. Sweet taste with an alcohol warming sweet finish. Solid heller bock.

Original review text: Honey color, frothy head. Cookie dough and some hops in the aroma. Sweet, alcoholic flavor with honey, butterscotch and (in the background) some hops. More hops in the aftertaste. As Dortmunder, who provided the bottle, said: a bit boring and onedimensional, but quite drinkable.

Company own 0,5 l screw cap bottle. Pale copper in the glass, nearly two finger frothy white head. Cheap alcoholic smell with some caramell. Taste starts more smooth. Caramell, some malt, some fruity parts, less alcoholic sharpness than expected. Above average for an Heller Bock, but not good, to be honest.
