Sample (thanks fonefan!). Amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is caramel, some toffee, floral, fruity and mild earthy notes. Flavour is floral, some sweet malty, caramelly and mild spicy tones. OK Bock, but maybe a bit much hoppy elements (apart from bitterness, which is very low).

[ As Møn Bogø Bock ].
ABV: 6.5%. Clear medium to dark amber colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, bread, caramel, sweet malt, malty, rich. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, rich, malty, caramel, sweet malt, bread, light nutty bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Bottle from HavnensVin@Tobak. Pours clear reddish dark brown with small white head. Aroma is malt, caramel, rye bread, raisins, lemon and yeast. Taste is medium sweet, light to medium bitter and faint to light acidic. Body is oily with sparkling carbonation. Finish is long and mostly sweet with notes of malt, rye bread, caramel, brown sugar, biscuits and lemon.

Bottle from work. X-mas gift. Pours amber copper with a small White head. Caramel, chewy bread and Dark fruit. Full bodied. Soft. Prickly warming alcohol which dominates a bit too much.

Bottled. A brown beer with a thin tan head. The aroma has notes of malt, bread, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and bread, leading to a bitter finish.

Bottle @ Home. Pours clear dark amber with a creamy tan head. Aroma of sweet malt, caramel, little marcipan, sweet fruit. Flavor is sweet with a late light bitterness, malty, caramel, little sugar, dried fruit. Medium body, average carbonation, sweet and light bitter finish. 240219
