Smukt placeret imellem Grønsund og Ulvsund ligger Bogø. Idyl, grønne skove og fællesskab kendetegner øen.

Også omkring 1900 tallet var der fællesskab, hvortil Bogø Bryggeri leverede hvidtøl. Med vores Bock håber vi at bidrage til de fælles stunder må fortsætte blandt folket på Bogø.

For at bevare de fine smagsmønstre har vi valgt at lade denne øl være ufiltreret og upasteuriseret.

Herved kan der opstå en smule uskadeligt bundfald.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is caramel, some toffee, floral, fruity and mild earthy notes. Flavour is floral, some sweet malty, caramelly and mild spicy tones. OK Bock, but maybe a bit much hoppy elements (apart from bitterness, which is very low).

[ As Møn Bogø Bock ].
ABV: 6.5%. Clear medium to dark amber colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, bread, caramel, sweet malt, malty, rich. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, rich, malty, caramel, sweet malt, bread, light nutty bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Bottle from HavnensVin@Tobak. Pours clear reddish dark brown with small white head. Aroma is malt, caramel, rye bread, raisins, lemon and yeast. Taste is medium sweet, light to medium bitter and faint to light acidic. Body is oily with sparkling carbonation. Finish is long and mostly sweet with notes of malt, rye bread, caramel, brown sugar, biscuits and lemon.

Bottle from work. X-mas gift. Pours amber copper with a small White head. Caramel, chewy bread and Dark fruit. Full bodied. Soft. Prickly warming alcohol which dominates a bit too much.
