500 ml bottle. Cloudy amber, fluffy head. Bread, hay, some dry citrus, basement notes, sourdough. Mild dry bitterness, bready malty sweetness. Medium bodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, mild dry finish. Alright!

0,5 l swing top bottle from Getränke Rücker, Lengerich. Murky flat amber in the glass with a one finger foamy head. Caramel, pale grain and low apple fruity smell. Taste has more caramel, little bit dry, pale grain. Some hop bitterness in the background. Low carbonated. Nice.

Swing top bottle. Golden color, cloudy. Milky, hoppy flavor with hints of toffee and citrus. Some earthiness in the indifferent aroma. Good mix of flavor and drinkability.

ebenfalls als Spezialität am Perchtoldsdorfer Feuerwehrfest 2019 von den befreundeten Bayern mitgebracht und ausgeschenkt. Auf einem augedrucken A4-Zettel wird geschrieben: Die handwerkliche Braukunst verleiht diesem naturbelassenen, bernsteinfarbenen Zwickelbier einen angenehmen, leicht hefigen, vollmundigen Geschmack - EInst das Privileg des Braumeisters...heute ein besonderer Genuss für Sie! Gut, den leicht hefigen Geschmack kann ich bestätigen, vollmundig ist es auch halbwegs, aber bersteinfarben ist es mal nicht -eher grau-braun...es erinnert farblich an manches Abwasser. Geschmacklich ist es zwar relativ nett, kann mich aber nicht begeistern, da es zwar urig ist, aber nicht viel über einen brotigen Grundton herauskommt.

Hazy, orange colored, small off white head, not very lasting. Aroma is of malt, bready yeast, bit grain, some honey notes, herbal strawy hops. Taste is medium sweet malt, honey, bread, yeasty, bit grain, strawy herbal hops and medium bitterness, dryish finish. Medium bodied, soft carbonation. Quite good, quaffable, pleasantly hoppy and bitter. (bottle)
