Can into a snifter showing very hazy pineapple yellow with a half a finger of quickly dissipating clean white foam. The nose shows intense juicy notes of pineapple and guava. The palate is medium bodied an well carbonated. Juicy forward flavors of guava throughout with hints of pineapple. Light restrained bitterness on the finish. Light lactose sweetness throughout accents and harmonizes with all the flavors. Fantastic
