Borefts 2023. Slightly hazy purple red beer with a white lacing. Aroma and Taste of tart fresh raspberries, zest, berries, lactic fruits.

Keg at borefts. Pours deep purple, nose is funk, berries, cream, taste is sweet berries, creamy, tonka.

Tap. Rather clear red color with pinkish head. Aroma is cocktail cherry, raspberry, minerals. Taste is the same, dry but also a but sweetish. Alright!

Pretty clear dark ruby to bright red beer, practically no head. Aroma: raspberry jam, lots of diacetyl, buttery, no good. MF: no carbon, medium to light body. Taste: sourish start, lemony, diacetyl all right, more acidic, lemon juice, raspberries, no tonka at all…

Fein säuerlicher Beginn, Kirsche und Himbeere sind präsent. Tonka kann ich nicht erkennen, mild, süffig. Ok. 10/9/12/9//9
