Pours pale gold from the bottle. The white head soon fizzes away. Aroma is light straw, hints of malty sweetness. Taste is bland, mildly bitter, on a light and watery palate. The almost acrid note that comes up at the finish is unpleasant. Avoid.

Bottle split at L42, thanks to Fergus, 23/01/17. Clear golden with a moderate off white head that dissipates to nyadda. Nose is bready, straw, grains, corn, cereals. Taste comprises pale malts, grass, faint citric notes, corn, cereals, light vanilla flicker. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok for style.

Level 42 bottleshare. Thanks to Fergus. Bright clear gold beer, no head. Palate is smooth, semi dry and has decent carbonation. Light malts bring papery sweetness. Mild spice and a forensic trace of citric hop. Light papery finish. Surprisingly bad.

Bottle shared in CW - thanks to Fergus. Pours clear yellow with a creamy, white head. Nice crispy biscuit aroma, faint citrus impressions, cereal. Light sweet flavour, a little dry and papery, with more cereal, husky Dryid grains. Light bodied with average carbonation. Dry finish with more light papery notes, crispy cereal, mild husky bitterness. So so.

Bottle shared at level 42. It pours clear dehydrated pissy yellow with a small white head. The aroma is sweet, grainy, bready, cereal, buttered toast and a bit of butterscotch. The taste is crisp, dry, sweet, cheap white bread, toasty grain, cereal, soda water and a touch of butterscotch with a sweetish finish. Medium body and fine, foamy carbonation. A bit sweet. A so - so lagerbier.

33cl Bottle from Burg Bieren. Clear golden colour, white head. Aroma of sweet malts, not really bready like most German lagers, herbal hops. Flavour is light sweet, aluminium, herbal, thin, fizzy, harsh bitterness. Light bodied, fizzy. Maisels unworthy imho.

Clear yellow with quickly vanishing white head. Aroma is cooked beans, sugar, grassy hops, maybe even soap. Taste is pretty sour and some hoppy bitterness. High carbonation, fizzy mouthfeel but a nice long bitter finish. Meh.
