Bottle, 750 ml at Grote Dorst. Beautiful ruby colour with pinkish head. Intensive cherry, cherry pits, juicy. Somewhat vinous.

Dark red body, with a medium, light beige head.
Aroma of cherry, red wine, moderate funk. Tastes similar, a bit more complex and acidic.
Medium mouthfeel, with a moderate carbonation. Finishes medium acidic, vinous, dry, a bit funky, with cherries.

Beautiful stuff, complex and rich. A bit on the acidic side, but still very well balanced, with lovely vinous notes throughout.

Taster from 0,75l bottle in Sint-Truiden. Deep red color, small white head. Smells grapes, berry notes, tannins, spices, very nice smell. Full body, soft carbonation. Tastes grapes, berry, tannins, cherries, marzipan. Finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of cherries, berries and tannins. Very nice one

Deep red color, small white head. smells funky, dusty, earthy, grassy, tobacco. full body, soft carbonation. tastes cherry notes, cherry pits, tannins, grapes, grassy, peppery. finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of grass, tobacco and cherry pits. Very nice one
