0,75l bottle at home. Yellow murky color, small white head. Smells apples, peppery, some quince, light funk, tannins. nice smell. Full body, soft carbonation. Tastes apples, quince, peppery, tanninic, horse radish, . Finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of tannins, quince and peppery notes. taste young, bit harsh, good but not great. probably needs a bit more time!

Flaska från Pellicle, 2022, extras från medlemskap. Blekguldig, lätt disig med vit krona. Doft och smak av kvitten. Något stramt, mycket fruktskal och fat. Kvitten ger en snygg syra i doften. Nästan lite citrustoner som drar åt citronmaräng. Gott.

Pale golden color. Fruity, fresh, herbal-quince. Dryish and faint wooden, astringend flavors.

At BXL. Strong barnyard nose, sweet and sour quince, dry apple, zesty. Light sweet and sour. Light bodied but quite dry. Good.

Clear pale yellow beer, small creamy white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: lots of apples, dry, green sour apples, a bit yeast, ok. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: nice and dry, a bitter touch, soft acidity, yeasty, some apple skin. Aftertaste: dry, more sour apples, and bitter apple skin, ok but not great.

Couleur pâle, dorée, pas de col.
Arôme est frais, bien fruité, retrouve le caractère spécifique du coing avec en retrait un rétro-nasal plus acerbe de la pomme. Petite note herbacée - verger fleuri en retrait.
Palais est assez faiblard niveau effervescence, léger funk avec un assemblage de différents fruits plutôt convainquant. Sans avoir une douceur trop marquée - petite acidité et acerbe percent sur la fin.
