Sour candies, pears and plums. Nice acidity that’s still balanced with the general structure of the perry. Very good but I kind of think it still needs another year in the bottle to really come together.

Bottle thanks to Leo. Pours a cloudy yellow with small white head. The aroma is pear, apple, mineral, floral. Slick body, green apple, mineral, light tartness, very good.

Golden. Superb quince jelly nose. Bit more dry body, skins, jelly, juicy, pear, dry finish, amazing

Small white rim over veiled ochre-yellow cider. Peaches, pink berries, bit of banana, sour fruit... no apples. Sweet peach, apricot, even apricot liqueur, but with a nice, sideways acidity. Apples finally arrive in the aftertaste. Light body, slick, not very alcoholic. Quite nice flavoured cider.
