Bottle from Drankenhandel Leiden. Aroma is sturdy malts with caramel, brown malt, dried fruits, hint of nuts and liquorice. Flavour is moderate to medium sweet and mild bitter. Medium body. Fine Bock.

Draft at Bockbierfestival Utrecht 2024. Color: Hazy reddish brown, beige head. Aroma: Caramel malt. Taste: Caramel malt,some candy cane.

Bottle at home. Darker orange to reddish color, small white to off-white head. Aroma and flavor are malts, herbal / spicy, quite bitter for a bock. Mwah.

33cl Fles bij VUE Alkmaar. Bruine kleur, beige kraag. Wat chocolade, kastanje, licht moutig, hint van toast, licht harsig en licht fruitig. Sowieso allemaal erg licht en vlak. Degelijk maar toch ook matig bokbier.

Aus der Flasche (bottled 28.02.20223/bbe 28.02.2025) im 2024-01 getrunken. Diese dunkelbraunrote Ale kommt mit einer guten Balance zwischen schönem Malzaroma, feinen Hopfenbitterkeit und leichter Süße daher. Sicherlich nicht kompletz aber vollmundig!

Bottle 33cl. from the Landmarkt @home poured into a shaker. Clear amber brown, good frothy off-white to beige head, good retention and lacing. Aroma toasted malt, bit perfumy, caramel, toffee, light dates. cranberries. Taste below medium sweet and light bitter, malty, caramel, bisquit, dates. some cranberries. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, sweetbitter aftertaste, some liquorice, grainy and earthy notes, not your regular Dutch bock with much more bitterness, very nice.
