Tap. Clear deep amber-ruby color with whiteish head. Aroma is toffee, caramel, some berries. Taste is the same, berries, toffee, not too sweet, some earthy hops. Oily mouthfeel, medium carbonation. Solid enough!

Clear deep amber to red beer, creamy white head, stable, a bit adhesive. Aroma: malty, grains, hay, cow fodder, grains. MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: a bit sourish, caramel malts, grains, bitter, hoppy, a bit resinous. Aftertaste: very bitter, more grains, hay.
