Bottle. Fruity nose, pineapple, vanilla, oak, melon. Very nice nose. Deep hazy gold with lace. Very tart flavor, citrus, vanilla cream. Soft and milky but with a super tannic finish that is a bit too strong.

Nice pale gold with wispy foam. Tangy tart and crushable. This is drinking really well.

amazing oak, funky yeast, apricots and citrus character. Tart, l medium heavy body.

Tap at Komachi. Dry grapefruit nose, leather, oak, light yogurt notes. Very creamy and lactic flavor, leather, old books, grapefruit juice and pith, oak tannins. Dry finish. Nice. Not too tannic like some of the earlier foeder beers were.
