Bottle 0,33ltr: Hazy amber colored brew with an dry bitter taste buts there some sweetness too. Hints of some citrus, caramel and spices.

opalescent amber colour, medium sized creamy beige-ish ecru head; aroma of orange peel oils, lemongrass, yeasty, some caramel and rye bread crusty notes; taste has similar notes as can be felt in the aroma with much more dominant caramel and rye bready notes; I like it

Kicsi, nem túl tartós hab, barna szín. Kissé fáradt, édeskés, karamelles, gabonás illat. Karamelles, gabonás, kissé fűszeres ízek. Közepesen testes, közepesen szénsavas és keserű. Nem rossz, de nem is nyűgözött le.

33cl Fles van Landmarkt. Amber kleur, witte kraag. Caramel, kruidige gist, blaadjes, licht zepig, bitter, waterig voor 7%. Lichte body.

BB 04/07/21. Dark clear amber, with a lovely off-white head. Smells malty, slightly sweet. Light body. Taste is a bit metallic, but beyond that sweet, malty, hint of caramel. Nicely balanced, but maybe just a bit too weak flavoured for the ABV.

Kerel says: untouched by monks. but this beer taste like other monks beer. Poured into Monks glass:) what do you think Kerel about my rated? piwo nalane do kielicha westvleteren, po belgijsku, pozostaje spora piana, srednio trwala, spora metnosc, w smaku slodowe, mocno slodowe jak wiekszosc klasztornych piw belgijskich, malo nut farmerskich, lekko kwasnych tak specyficznych dla stylu biere de garde. no ale i tak jest smaczne, porazka z wygladem butelki no i z tym napisem na kapslu.
