Bottled. A golden with a huge off-white head. The aroma has notes of has notes of bread, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, bread, and some minerals, leading to a dry finish. Thanks KimJohansen for sharing.

Bottled 0,33ltr (Beerangel, BB 08/2009). My 1st beer from Mittenwalder Privatbrauerei. Pale yellow color, small white head. Strong grassy, a bit buttery nose with papery notes. Also flavor is grassy with butterness. Some metal in the finish. Thinnish palate. Quite boring pils.

(33cl bottle) Almost clear, greenish golden colour with a short frothy white head. Flowery, slightly herbal hoppy aroma with a balanced grainy malty sweetness. Bitter flavour with a rounded sweetish edge, light bodied with a crispy carbonation. Soft malty and grainy taste with aromatic, moderately flowery hops from the beginning. Bitter and slightly sweet finish with a pleasant flowery, slightly herbal hops presence. Quaffable Bavarian Pils (08.08.07).

On tap at the brewery tap (Postkeller) Mittenwald Bayern 25 Jun 07. Pale golden colored. A good-looking head that soon disappeared. Modest malty aroma. Very light in flavor and overall impression.
