Double Dry Hopped India Pale Ale
A hazy IPA brewed with a hand-selected blend of hops giving notes of tropical fruit, orange, mango and pineapple. A tribute to the best thing you can pull from the Chesapeake Bay.
Hops: Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe

IPA glass taster showing turbid dark gold with a finger of clean white foam.
The nose shows moderately intense notes of sweet lemon drops.
The palate is well carbonated and medium bodied. Moderate notes of guava and lighter notes of lemon with a balanced malt backbone and barely any bitterness.

Can to becher glass.
Appearance: semi-thick orangey to dark yellow haziness with a finger and a half's worth of white foamy head which tapered off delicately to leave lots of messy lace
Aroma: pine to mixed citrusy with an earthy sweet hop oily toned character; subtle dried pineapple to marijuana-ish/hemp accents
Flavor: combines the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet to danky dry sweet quality flanked by some piney bitterness; finishes semi-dry with a sweeter-like hemp to mixed citrusy vibe
Texture: medium bodied - maybe just a touch under; slightly sessionable; some smoothness; good low carb - mostly; low hop bitterness assertiveness
Overall: pretty good NEIPA worth coming back to.

Can: Poured a hazy/cloudy yellow color ale with a medium white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones and tropical notes. Taste is also a good mix of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones notes, some hoppy notes and light residual sugar notes. Body is full and creamy for style with good carbonation. Interesting NEIPA with nice tropical notes and light residual sugar notes.
