Licorice and melon aroma. and flavor. Sweet, lacks balance. Medium bodied, amber color, off course. The brewery seems to have a doubtful future. I can taste why..

Bottle. An off-white two-finger head sits on top of a sparkling amber body. Very weak on the nose, some milky notes, and dried fruits and caramel sweetness. Seems a bit chalky and berry-ish too. Quite thin in the mouth, well carbonated, low on flavors. Berries, some caramel, grains and a cellar touch. Short finish, quite dry with a yeasty touch. Definately not my kind of beer, not very well crafted either. 100618

Bottle, 5%. Faint brett aroma, mild and pleasant enough. Almost clear amber colour. Very small white head. The flavour starts off papery, turns a bit sour and finishes with a faint brett note. A little yeast in the finish as well.

Bottle 30 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Clear amber with a tiny rough white head. Dry Bretty nose. Medium body, a little caramel and dry and astringent leathery Bretty accents. Not bad, but most likely infected. 200210

30cl Bottle from a gift pack. Clear amber colour, dense white head. Aroma of infected beer, sour, bit of caramel. Flavour is oxidized, malty, sour, hint of caramel, cinnamon, light sour finish. Light to medium bodied. Not that bad, but I wonder how this beer would taste if it wasn’t infected, because I think that is what saved the beer. Still got one bottle left though...

Bottled (BB 10/2009)
Courtesy of bierkoning, ty Edo! Clear brown-amber color, small off-white head. A bit vegetably, some caramel. A bit caramelly, grassy, malty beer. Quite unoffensive, altbier-like.
