Bottled. Yellowish golden colour, mediumsized white bubbly head. Aroma is malts, saltwater, grass and some slight mild spicing. Flavour is quite the same but the grassyness is stronger, and also it’s quite much sweeter than what the aroma "promised".

Bottled (BB 03/2008)
A bit pale golden color, good white cloudy head. Grassy hoppy, buttery aroma. A bit metallic, grassy, slightly buttery flavor. Very typical South German handcrafted pils. Nicely drinkable.

Draft. A golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet malty with light notes of straw, and hints of brew mash. The flavor is sweet malty with a fresh flowery hoppy note, that starts early, and lasts all the way to the lightly bitter finish.

(On tap) Clear, pilsener golden with a very limited, off-white head. Distinct aroma of butter. Medium body, sweetish malty and also butter in the flavours. Discreet bitterness. Some infection must’ve crept in somewhere here. 091106

Tap (@ the Mühlenbräu): Sweet malty, grainy nose; deep golden coloured, stable white head; very faint bitter flavour, mainly sweet taste, light bodied; bready, shy delicate bitter finish. Drinkable, not overwhelming.......
