Streng nach dem Bayerischen Reinheitsgebot gebraut, überzeugt diese Brau-Spezialität mit hellem pilsener Braumalz und den Karamellmalzen ``Palisander`` und ``Eiche``, weichem Wasser aus dem Fichtelgebirge und den Hopfengaben ``Taurus``, ``Perle`` und ``Tradition``. bottle. Clear golden colour, mid-sized white head. Malty nose. Full-bodied, malty base with a touch of fruit and some green-grassy hops. Well-balanced, nice.

Clear golden color, nice white head. Metallic, citrusy, malty aroma. Grassy, a bit sweet malty, slightly salty flavor. Sweetish, slightly alcoholic aftertaste. Typical "Export-style" beer.

Frischer Antrunk, der teilweise würzig, vorherrschend aber hopfig und herb ist. Im Mittelteil wird das Bier etwas würziger, dies geschieht durch einen leichten Malzton, der die Herbe in eine andere Richtung dirigiert. Erhalten bleibt die Frische und der dafür wichtige Hopfen. Der vollmundige Hopfen nimmt im Abgang zu, gleichzeitig wird das Bier durch die aufsteigende Malzigkeit würziger. Interessant ist hierbei, dass das Malz zwar zur Würzigkeit beiträgt, sonst aber von der grasigen Herbe weitestgehend verdeckt wird. Zuletzt deutlich grasig und cremig-hopfig. The bottle looks good. The beer in the glass also, quite dark, almost copper-coloured. Starts very strong and spicy. Woody and earthy notes, very interesting. Becomes better with every gulp. Really good!

Bottle. Clear medium yellow amber color with a average to large frothy good lacing mostly lasting white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, grain, earth, sweet, bread. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
