50cl bottle. Poured clear amber color with a white head, nonlasting. Very grainy and dusty aroma. Flavor is grain, malt, some earthy notes. Finish is dry. Hmm, I have had better Kellerbiers

(bottle) Clear, bright amber colour with a big and slightly tanned foamy head. Sweet malty aroma with a tinge of cara-malt, subtle fruity notes of apricots and citrus and a moderately herbal, slightly woody hoppy touch. Sweet flavour with a shy level of bitterness, light to medium bodied with a rather strong carbonation for being “ungespundet”. Slightly fruity (cara-)malty taste with a soft herbal and slightly woody hops character in the background. Malt-accented, sweet and delicately bitter finish. Not a great nor a true Kellerbier, but all in all an easy going brew, pleasant to drink (16.III.09).

Bottle, 4.8%. Weak yeasty aroma. Hazy orange colour. Very small white head. The flavour is OK naturtrüb, a little dusty with a hint of flowery aroma hops.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a thin orangey head. The aroma is sweet with notes of malt, bread, and caramel. The flavor is sweet and very malty, but also with notes of bread and caramel, leading to a bitter finish.
