Plastic and sweet apples, both in aroma and flavor. Just a hint of hops. Odd aftertaste, in which apple dominates. Below average. Bottle, bought at the brewery.

"Meusel-Bräu Pilsener", Flasche (50 cl) aus dem Brauereiverkauf. - Goldgelb, klar; schöner feinporiger Schaum. - Zurückhaltende Nase mit dünnen ätherischen Hopfenaromen, etwas Fenchel. - Antrunk schlank und etwas dünn hellmalzig mit recht milder Hopfenherbe: trockene Zitronenschale, dezente Kräuter. Gut rezent, schlank, leicht trocken, mineralisch. Im Abgang elegante Herbe mit blasser Zitronenschale. - Schlank und trocken wie es im Buche steht, dazu fein gehopft aber blasser und leichter als die besten fränkischen Pilsener - ich denke da etwa an Huppendorfer oder Keesmanns unerreichtes Bamberger Herrenpils.

Hellgelbe Farbe, süßlich-neutraler Geruch. Der Antrunk ist vollmundig, leicht süßlich. Zum Hauptteil kommt eine ganz leicht herbe Note hinzu, das Bier wird ein ganz bisschen säuerlich, aber die süßlich-schatierte würzige Herbe hält sich im Vordergrund. Der Nachgeschmack ist lang anhaltend, würzig-herb mit leicht süßlichem Unterton.
→ Interessantes, süffiges Pils. Irgendwie muffig und eher pilsuntypisch. Trotzdem lecker. Vielen Dank an wastl! 10/12/9/9

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein goldgelbes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch malzig hopfig, grasig. Geschmack hopfig bitter, getreidig, grasig.

Bottled. Yellowish golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is bready malts, mild toffee, some earth, herbs and salty notes. Flavour is grassy, bready, mild earthy and herbal notes along with a nice bitterness in the finish. Balanced and quite refreshing pils.

Weicher Hopfenantrunk mit wenig Herbe. Der Hopfen wird bitterer und wird gleichzeitig grasig, damit auch voluminöser. Auf dem Höhepunkt bleibt das Bier konstant aromatisch, sehr hopfig, natürlich, harmonisch. Gutes, leicht süßes Pils, das durch seinen Hopfen überzeugt. 11/11/11/12/11/12

Bottle. Light barley malt and hay aroma. Clear golden yellow color with large white head and mild effervescence. Lightly sweet barley malt and mildly bitter herbal hops. Very light body. No bad flavor - just extremely light.

Bottle from Bierzwerg. Golden color with nice white head. Aroma, malt, grass, citrus. Taste, light sweet, maybe caramel, floral hints. Nice bittersweet finish. Drinkable beer.

Bottle 500ml.Clear light to medium yellow color with a small, frothy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, light hoppy, grass. Flavor is light moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20100409]

Clear golden with a tiny white head. Malty aroma with grassy hops and hints of white bread. Flavour had plenty of grassy hops, caramel and malty notes. Finished dry and bitter. Fresh with high drinkability. Thanks fOneFan
