Clear golden with a medium white head. Malty aroma with hints of hops, caramel and grassy notes. Flavour had malt, hoppy and grassy notes. Finished dry and bitter.

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is cornish and malty. Bitter, malty and light citrusy hops flavoured. Bitter and dry crisp finish.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a clear yellow with a white head. Sweet malty nose. Medium body, sweet malts. Dryish finish. Clean and straight. 090410

(bottle) Clear, greenish golden colour with a big but non-persistent frothy white head. Sweet grainy malt aroma with a tinge of honey. Sweet and slightly bitter flavour, slim bodied with a crispy carbonation. Pale malt character, grainy taste with light herbal notes; moderately dry, sweet-bitter, a bit parfumed malty finish. Rather bland.

Bottle (from the brewery) Straw golden, quite stable frothy white head, sweet grainy to malty nose with a touch of vegetables; light to moderate sweet-bitter flavour, light bodied; a bit perfumed malty-bitter finish. O.K., but quite disappointing, by franconian standards.....
