Draugt at hotel statt hamm. Creamy White good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Light malty and hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.

0.3 l on tap at ’Bam Boomerang’. Clear, golden yellow with a medium large, frothy, stable, white head. Sweetish, minimally grassy-spicy aroma of grains and straw. Slightly sweetish, just a bit bitter, moderately grassy-spicy taste of grains and straw, followed by a short, slightly bitter, moderately grassy-spicy and a little dry finish. Thin to medium body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Okay!

Bottled 500ml. -from Rudat Dortmund. Pale golden coloured, medium sized white head, slight grainy nose. Malty, grainy, slight metallic and bready with short finish. One of many boring German pilseners.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein klares goldgelbes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch hopfig, getreidig, grasig. Geschmack hopfig, grasig, lang anhaltende Bitterkeit.

Bottle looks really good, I like it. Beer in the glass not too zippy, small head. Starts malty, modest wheaty-grasy. Modest dry background. Finish well balanced, light bitter. Okay.

Tap at Wenkers, Dortmund, 28/04/13. Clear golden with a thin white head. Nose is pale malts, cereal, light citrus, touch of sugars. Taste comprises cereals, grass, citrus, mimics the nose. Medium bodied, light spritzu carbonation, crisp and dry in the finish. On the bland side, average pils.

Bottle, danke Günther. Golden, fine carbonation, big eggshell head. Citric, detergentlike aroma. Chewy malt base, straw flavor, grassy hop counterpoint which only really kicks in in the aftertaste. Light sulphur. Chewy body, mellow sparkly mouthfeel.
