Pours clear, lighter blonde. Small white , fairly soapy head. Scent is typical lager, slight DMS, not as crisp and vibrant as the better examples tend to be. Taste is rather crisp though, at the start. Fairly bitter as well. Slight DMS but otherwise rather clean . Medium expressive yeast. Slight sweetness (background) . Restrained intensity, not as bready / malty as hoped, more about the bitterness. Not the best, sure, but given the low ratings prior to mine here, I expected it to be far worse.

Nice frothy head, diminishing slowly. Worty aroma with leak. Sweetish flavor with some hopbitterness. Some orange fruitiness. Fairly long, hoppy, somewhat skunky finish. Slightly metallic.

Sampled from 0.5 l bottle, best before June 2018. Clear, golden with a thin, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, slightly grassy-spicy aroma of grains and straw. Just moderately sweet, slightly bitter, dry and a bit grassy-spicy taste of grains and some straw, followed by a short, moderately bitter, rather dry and a little metallic finish. Thin body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Okay.

Trocken herber, mild hopfiger Antrunk. Weich bitter, leicht metallern.

Geruch hopfig, getreidig. Geschmack hopfig, grasig, langweilig.

500ml bottle from Beers of Europe. Clear straw yellow, thin white head. Not much going on in the aroma department. Some cereal, and metal. Taste is light and inoffensive. Bland.

Bottle looks really good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts fine malty, modest spicy, light dry background. Finish a bit moldy, but still okay.
