Bottle: Clear, small off-white layer, amber coloured; more dry (than sweet)fruity (dried fruits) and malty - almost with a tinge of toasted malt - nose; moderate to solid sweet-bitter flavour, medium to full bodied; traces of roasted malt in the sweet and bitter finish. Solid, not too complex stuff............

Bottled. Clear amber color, short off-white head. Aroma is malty, carmal, bit bready, slight fruity, some hop. Like a slight alcoholic version of the regular koninck.

Good off-white head, over dark copper beer, clear. Typical De Koninck yeast nose, noble hops, caramel, lightly roasted. Sweet-spicy, with playful if not very distinctive hops, surrounding the malts; bit nutty. Slick, even sticky MF, lots of restsugars. Some vanilla retronasal, but also getting a bit empty. Sweet – but I wonder with some lagering? The hopping seems to be OK, the ABV would sustain it, so…

330 ml bottle. Hazy amber body with rather small off-white head. Aroma is caramel malt, fruity and a hint of this typical De Konic spiciness. Flavor is malty, a bit sweet, fruity and surprisingly light, almost no alcohol.
