(6,5 % alc).

Flavour is floral, sweet malts, some mild toffee and biscuity notes. Mild spicy edge to it as well as it warmed up.

Bottle, 6.5%. Aroma of lightly toasted malts. Very nice, dark brown colour. Good big, stable, creamy light brown head. Nice flavour, quite malty with toasted, slightly burnt malts. Also a bit like burnt/brown sugar. Malt bitterness in the finish. Medium carbonation. As whole, a bit on the sweet side, but otherwise well-balanced. 6 4 7 4 15

Hazy dark amber color; fizzy like a Cola and with no head. The aroma is strong, with sweet malt, caramel and a touch of soy sauce. The body is weaker than expected, with some malt and sweetness, caramel, but with poor hopping and a weird vegetable touch.

(Bottle 30 cl) Dark, reddish brown, filtered and quite pretty beer. Fine, light brown but collapsing head. Very full-bodied with a rather distinct bitterness and a subdued sweetness - it’s usually the other way around in a Dutch Bock. 240904

Dark hazelnut brown, not much head. Strong thick aroma of tar, coffee and burnt malts. Medium-bodied. Malty, burnt bread flavors. Slightly bitter in the finish. Dry, maybe more a porter than a bock.

A deep red beer with a beige head - beutiful. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of caramel. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of caramel, coffee and a dry woody end. The body is thin especially considering the 6.5% ABV.
