Swing top bottle. Orange color with large chunks of yeast. Creamy head. Orange, curacao and hops in the aroma. Full bodied, even oily. Very hoppy, almost powdery flavor with orange and grapefruit. Hopbitter, powdery grapefruit aftertaste. Delicious and not without complexity. Heartily recommended. Thanks, Ivo K.

Hazy dark golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet fruity and hoppy. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Finish is bitter and dry. This was my first IPA with cascade and I loved it. 170705

Golden color. Piney and citrusy, but not alot of backbone and flavors came and went quickly. Bitterness was muted. Not bad.

(Bottle at One Pint, Helsinki, at the end of 2007) Hops both in nose and in taste. Not so harsh bitterness but still you can clearly feel it. Quite strong bodied. Balanced beer but a little bit dull.

aroma is very strong, pine dominates. quite hoppy. a more complex aroma would score higher. looks great, very nice large thick head. very strong bitter and hoppy flavor on a foundation of sugar sweetness. again in-your-face strength. overall a bit one-dimensional, but a very good beer, and even a good attemt at the style. If you find it in a bar, you won’t be disappointed (widely distributed in denmark)

(Draught at Ölbaren, Copenhagen, 26 March 2008) Amber colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, citric nose with notes of orange peel and mandarin. Fruity, hoppy taste with orange peel, mandarin and hints of pine needles in the finish. Balance sweetness. Nice and very well balanced IPA.

Bottle. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are malt and hops. Actually disappoingly little hops. Expected more cascade here. Too mild.
