Bottle 0,5ltr: Clear golden colored brew with an slightly sweet bitter taste. Not bad from an genuine Altbier brewery.

*rating overgezet uit 2016* Het is een helder goudgeel bier met een volle witte schuimkraag. Het heeft een moutige wat koppige geur. De smaak is moutig en licht hoppig.

I was surprised at first. Diebels pils, that is like Grolsch brewing an imperial stout. But they did a decent job. Frothy head, golden color. Hoppy, malty and flowery flavor. Fairly short bitter aftertaste with just a touch of cream. Well, Grolsch, what are you waiting for ?!

Diebels gedronken bij Bitburg, uit blik, 500ml, gouden met dunne witte kraag, aroma van mout, zoet, lichte hop. Smaken zijn matig zoet, matig bitter, moutsmaken. matige pilsbody, iets dun van textuur. smakelijk --- Beer merged from original tick of Premium Pils on 24 May 2018 at 15:19 - Score: 5

*Old rating, best before 12.2010. Mild-weiches, leicht süßlich wässriges Pils mit schön herber Note. Nicht zu tief, würzig-herb mit etwas zu dünnem Körper. Nett.

500ml bottle. Clear golden colour with small to average, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Minimally strawy pale malty aroma. Taste is minimally sweet pale malty, slightly strawy, bitter hoppy in the finish.

Pours a clear yellow colour with a small white head. Aroma of grainy malts with some honey. Flavour of grainy malts and honey too. Good.

50cl bottle from Rewe, Dusseldorf. Poured golden color with a lacing white head. Aroma has sweet maltyness and grassy hops. Flavor has buttery notes,sweet malt and light bitter finish. Creamy mouthfeel. OK pilsener.

Clear golden with a medium white fluffy short lasting head. Aroma had malt and hops. The dry flavour had had malty notes and grassy hops towards the end. Bitter finish.
