From bottle. Mild Pilsner, mostly grain, hay, citrus, slightly metallic. Dry bitterness and sweetness. Medium to light bodied, watery texture, soft carbonated, dry grainy bittersweet finish. An inoffensive but solid Macro North German Pils without big mistakes.

Hay aroma. Creamy and flowery. Hoppyt flavor with some malty tones. Not really refreshing, the floweriness plays a dominant part in this beer.

Sampled from 0.5 l bottle, best before September 2018. Clear, golden with a thin, frothy, quickly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, slightly grassy-spicy aroma of grains and some straw. Moderately sweet, slightly bitter, grassy-spicy taste of grains and straw, followed by a short, moderately bitter, quite dry, grassy-spicy finish. Thin to medium body, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Average Pils.

Northern German Pilsener with pure golden colour and pretty stable, cream white head; crisp and clean maltiness, not too sweet, smooth, drying hops in the finish, bit peppery. Good one.
