Bourbon Barrel-Aged Stroopwafel-Inspired Strong Ale

On tap at Chuck's CD, pours a deep dark brown with a small beige head. Aroma is full of waffles and maple syrup, with gentle bourbon, light cinnamon, and some brown sugar. Flavour is very sweet, with maple syrup, dark sugar, and a touch of cinnamon. Lots of sugars, accentuated by bourbon. Too sweet for me but it's undeniably well-done. Good stuff.

Pours clear, dark brown. Small off-white head. Scent is very old ale like, caramelly. Taste is full, sweet (sugary sweetness) . Caramel. Again very old ale like ) cinnamon is verty low. Mild bourbon profile.

Draught at OH: pours dark brown with a small head. Aroma is vanilla, cake, light booziness. Loads of dark fruit. Taste is sweet, slightly boozy. Body is not that thiccc. Nice maple and vanilla aftertaste.

On tap at Other Half. Pours dark brown. Caramel, vanilla, bourbon, toffee, fig, chocolate. Nice oily body. Very good.

On my second flight in OC Local Taproom, 20th January 2023. All this flight had was three Bottle Logic brews! Very dark pour, tanned beige head. Maple Syrup and Boozy Bourbon nose and initial taste, vanilla and cinnamon creep in a little later to try and bring down the sicky sweetness, but fail. This is a lovely 'night-cap', but I had it a bit too early.
